Tom Strand is a personal injury lawyer at Sand Law. He focuses his practice on representing individuals who have been wrongfully injured in motor vehicle accidents, animal attacks, and premises liability cases. Tom also represents families that have been affected by the Wrongful Death of a loved one.
Outside of work, Tom is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

In 2025, among other past years, Tom was named a Top 10 Under 40 attorney by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, recognizing him among a select group of personal injury attorneys under the age of 40.
Tom was also recognized as a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association in 2017 for his pro bono service. The North Star Lawyer designation recognizes Minnesota attorneys who provide a minimum of 50 hours of pro bono legal services each year.
