Tania Chappell began her professional journey as a legal assistant at Sand Law PLLC, where she honed her skills in legal research and administration.

She is a proud graduate of the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN, where she developed a strong foundation in law and advocacy.

Outside of her legal career, Tania has been actively involved in community service. She has dedicated her time and effort to organizations like Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, contributing to initiatives focused on housing and community development. Tania also served on the 2nd Cohort of Rising Community Leaders and later as the CORE executive director at the University of Northwestern, showcasing her leadership abilities and commitment to organizational success.

With a diverse background that encompasses legal expertise, community engagement, and leadership roles, Tania Chappell continues to make meaningful contributions to the legal profession and her community.

When she’s not at work, Nasra loves spending time with her family, watching movies, and enjoying the outdoors.
