Victoria Hicks is a graduate of the University of North Dakota of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She is a licensed attorney in Minnesota and North Dakota. During law school, Victoria interned for a sports law program for UND and a real estate law firm in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Victoria graduated from law school with a Juris Doctor and Indian Law Certificate. She has also completed certification for parenting coordination/guardian ad litem.
Victoria has been practicing law since March 2017. Prior to joining the great team at Sand Law, PLLC, she was a partner at a firm in Fargo, North Dakota, for seven years, where she practiced criminal defense, family law, real estate, estate planning, business law, personal injury, and other civil litigation. She now focuses her practice on criminal defense.
Victoria enjoys the variety of practicing in all areas of North Dakota and Minnesota. Victoria enjoys spending time with family at the lake and river in the summer, ice skating in the winter, and singing.
